Nature Tourism Services is an Australian company that specialises in delivering innovative interpretive and visitor orientation design solutions.
Decades of experience in interpretation planning underpins all our project work. We connect traditional interpretation sign, maps and print media product with interpretive digital products including tourism webapps and PDF smartphone guides.
In 2007/08, a major conservation program was undertaken for the historic Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse in Myall Lakes National Park, prior to the visitor accommodation facilities then being leased out to a private provider.
As part of this work we were commissioned to produce an interpretation plan for the precinct as the first stage of then going on to produce a series of interpretive signs around the site.
In 2009, the Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse won the National Award for New Tourism Development.
